Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PolishLine ("we," "us," "our"), an AI-powered receptionist service for nail technicians and salons. By signing up or using PolishLine, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

PolishLine provides an AI voice receptionist that answers calls, books appointments, and sends SMS confirmations on your behalf. The service integrates with Google Calendar, Twilio (SMS), Vapi (voice AI), and Stripe (billing).

We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Calls may occasionally be missed due to third-party service outages (Vapi, Twilio, or cloud infrastructure). We will endeavour to notify you of planned maintenance.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins after your 14-day free trial, during which you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time through your portal; your access continues until the end of the paid period.

Calls above your plan's included quota are billed at our overage rate (where applicable). Stripe handles all payment processing; we do not store card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use PolishLine to:

  • Conduct robocalling or unsolicited telemarketing
  • Collect personal data beyond what is necessary to book appointments
  • Violate any applicable law, including TCPA, GDPR, or CCPA
  • Misrepresent the AI as a human to callers in a deceptive or harmful way

5. Intellectual Property

PolishLine and its underlying software remain our property. You retain ownership of your business data (appointments, contact records, service menus) and may export or delete it at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PolishLine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from missed calls, double bookings, or third-party service outages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. We will give 30 days' notice before discontinuing the service unless legally required otherwise. Upon termination your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
